Someone with more experience can confirm but I’m like 95% sure the couple on the bottom left are pepper plants. Their leaves look like the leaves on my habaneros and other super hots.

The flowers are not pepper plants. There are a few plants in the front in the first picture that could possibly be pepper plants? (The leaves look at least vaguely similar.) But it’s a bit hard to tell since they are crowded by the flowers. And considering the random plants I wouldn’t hold much hope that the peppers are any particular promised variety.

This is why it’s bad to buy seeds on Amazon.
They’re some sort of calibrachoa or maybe petunia, I think. The broad leaves in the bottom right of picture #1 and bottom left of picture #3 *might* be peppers, but it’s hard to tell because they’re so choked out by the other plants. If they are, they’re almost 100% not ghosts, and not the exotic habaneros. They’re most likely jalapeno or milder, because that’s the way these things go.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I just bought them on Amazon and tossed the seeds in an unused flower bed on a whim. I’ll find more seeds locally and try again. Lol guess I have some petunias for the rest of the summer.
