Ran out of buns; used tortillas for sausages. 9/10 didn’t hate it.

I had this yesterday! Growing up my mom called these Chihuahua dogs and they were my favorite!

Tortillas work for most things. Try for a burger with NM green chile and cheese.

My kid is obsessed with tortillas with melted cheese, and separately obsessed with sausages and hot dogs. I’m hiding my phone from him right now.

They look like little delicious clogged arteries. I’ll take 10.

Favorite dirt simple way to make hot dogs, microwave them separately then put two side by side on a tortilla, put some shredded cheese on there and microwave to melt, then sauce it and you’re set

One of my favorite easy meals is ham and cheese wrapped in a tortilla. Then heated on a griddle.

When I was a kid in West Texas, the Albertsons had a tortilla factory inside and at certain hours they would have brats grilling out front that were served on the fresh tortillas. I still eat them this way when I’m grilling.

I seriously need to know the sodium content of this. Legit curious.

Salchiflautas are an abomination but sometimes they do look quite good like in this picture.

I’m gluten free so I mostly eat tortillas. I make these with breakfast sausages all the time. It’s a quick go-to breakfast meal.

Okay now take this and fry it. Really good with corn tortillas.
