Super tasty, but I can’t seem to master the pan-banging wrinkly look for my chocolate chip cookies 😩

Here’s my recipe:

  • 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 12 oz bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz bar of milk chocolate for chunks

I bake them at 350F for about 8-9 minutes.

I take them out of the oven halfway through the baking time to bang the pan and then put them back in. I bang the pan again once they’re finished baking.

    What are you talking about? These look like perfectly wrinkled and crinkled cookies to me! Having the two different types of chocolate is very nice, too. They look great!
