This is my 3rd batch of cookies I’m good at baking but never really decorated. My neighbor offered to pay me and I only charged 20 for the dozen to cover ingredients etc so I can practice.
I used my Cricut for the fire work stencil and it was a learning curve 😂 how do yall get better at hand writing? I have a projector and a food safe airbrush but it still looks like a 5 year old did it
Also I think I’m close to finding the consistency that works best for me in the frosting as they look better then my first one 😂

I feel you! Im still getting used to it too. Recently came across this video which helped me improve! https://youtu.be/8CSl5LmkmpM?si=CM8OysXiIa_XowO1
Honestly for me it just takes practice. I have something called ‘Notta Cookie’ that I use to practice on. You can a scrape the icing off and reuse it to keep practicing. I got it from The Cookie Countess online. I also think it’s easier to write with a tipless bag, but that’s just my preference.
