Pic is terrible, but this is delicious. A simple lentil dish with cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric.

Forgot to add, it’s loosely based on this recipe: [https://www.budgetbytes.com/spiced-lentils-with-carrots/](https://www.budgetbytes.com/spiced-lentils-with-carrots/) I didn’t have a bunch of the ingredients, but it still came out amazing. I’m going to serve it over a bed of spinach for lunch.
