I have a whole mass of Hungarian wax peppers and another ton to pick. Other than canning, can anyone give me a suggestion on recipes that use a lot of these peppers? Thank you very much. Yes I know there’s some jalapeños mixed in this. It’s just the only picture I have right now.

I mean I grow the Hungarian hots almost exclusively for pickling them, but if thats not your jam (haha) I made a great hot sauce out of them. I didnt use an exact recipe though, just kindof estimated based on other ones. Vinegar, hot Hungarian peppers, onions, garlic, mango, salt and pepper just all cooked down for a while. Maybe some honey? And then I blended it and froze in small portions. It turned out really well but I cook a lot. Sorry I don’t have much of a recipe other than that!
