I’ve never gotten the sauce *with* vegetables…. but Golden Curry is our go-to for a lazy dinner. I have a mighty craving for it now.

If you have a Trader Joe’s in town, their pouched curries and similar are also good with those.
Oh I love the Bibigo rice cups, they’re super convenient and really tasty. Doesn’t look half bad at all honestly.
