For my fellow Quebecers, we all love a good Poulet Rouge. Wanted to do the same. 530 calories for 55g of protein per meal. Chicken breast filets from Costco marinated all night in a homemade marinade consisted of olive oil, red hot sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder and pepper. With basmati rice, spicy mayo, high protein cheese and veggies.

Since I’m unable to edit the post, here’s the full veggie list, everything diced:
– Red onion
– Cucumbers
– Tomatoes
– Corn (Niblets)
– Red and yellow bell peppers
The cheese is “Alegro cheese” which kind of a high protein cheddar
