Anybody know what are these dishes called in Italian? I ate these approx. 13 years ago, so I cannot remember what were.

    Yeah, second photo looks as scaloppine al limone (veal scaloppine in lemon sauce), first one I’m not sure they look too thick and pork slices for being scaloppine, I’d describe it as Arrosto di maiale con patate e carciofi (Roast pork with potatoes and baby artichoke).

    The first one is capocollo or bistecca di coppa con carciofi (pork shoulder steak and artichokes). It’s some regional recipe you should at least tell where in Italy it comes from (most probably Central Italy) so to try and find a recipe.

    The second one looks hardly Italian. No Italian would place raw salad aside a cooked meat in the same plate. Maybe comes from an Italian-American restaurant or a quite bad tourist trap in Italy. The meat looks some kind of scaloppine (veal cuts).
