It’s #harvesttime! Today in my #backyardgarden I’m harvesting berries, peas, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, carrots, onions, and garlic. I practice #organicgardening. I keep a lot of these veggies looking good with #companionplanting and row covers. I also grow most of my vegetables in a #raisedbedgarden. This helps me control the soil and give them the best possible growing conditions.

  1. When do you put your berry plants in those bags to save your berries? I covered my strawberries so the birds won’t get them, but I’m worried about pollination…..

  2. Just how to you keep away small creatures? I had a beautiful garden full of squash, zucchini and fruits and it was all gone overnight.
