    I love bolognese and wide noodles, but I wish people stopped using wagyu. You’ll get better use of leftover pieces by frying and serving them on a crudite. Running wagyu through a grinder is just wasteful.

    I just wanna comment before everyone says why wagyu? It’s cheaper per pound ground than the grass fed/organic brands at my local supermarket. I don’t entirely understand why, but it’s what I’ve started using because it’s simply cheaper.
