Here’s a Chocolate Kunafa recipe — a delicious twist on the traditional Middle Eastern dessert using gooey chocolate instead of cheese or cream filling. It’s crispy, buttery, and rich with molten chocolate inside!

Here’s a traditional recipe for you:

📝 What you will need:

• Ghee – 1tsp
• Phenni – 1cup
• Pistachio powder – 1/2cup
• Condense milk – 4tbsp
• White choclate
• Dairy milk

Preparation method:

Step 1:

• First, fry the sesame seeds in ghee in a pan.
• After frying the simui, turn off the gas flame and then add the crushed pistachios.
• And here you need to add white chocolate or condensed milk to this mixture. I mixed it well with condensed milk here and kept it aside.
• So you can add a little cheese to this filling.

Step 2 :

• Then I took some silicone bowls and I will now make the design on them. I will melt the white chocolate here.
• Let it rest for a while and then garnish with chocolate.
• Then melt the chocolate well in a bowl with dairy milk. If you want, you can melt it with a little milk or fresh cream if you have fresh cream.
• Now, I’ll pour this chocolate into the silicone bowl I took and spread it around well.
• Then I will add the stuffing that I have prepared little by little.
• Now I will cover the top of the filling again with the dairy milk chocolate that I had prepared.

Step 3 :
• I will put it in the fridge for two to three hours.
• Ready Kunafa Choclate
• You can take it out and serve.

Tips :
• You can use any simui to make Kunafa chocolate.
• To make Kunafa chocolate for stuffing, you can use condensed milk, powdered sugar, or white milk chocolate.
• And you can make this Kunafa chocolate from any biscuit packet or cake packet.
• You can use any cheese here.
