Omg, so we stopped at a random restaurant in downtown Chicago and it happened to be British inspired.
They had the best poutine I've had and this panko crusted smoky hot dog that reminded me of a German hot dog with a curry ketchup situation. It was one of the best things I've had in the city. I assume it was supposed to mimic that whole British Indian food obsession..and did so perfectly btw.
