This is a small restaurant on the island of Mallorca. Overall a great place in a beautiful location. This tiny town that overlooks the mountains.
The highlight were the squid and the tomato. The tomato was so simple, fresh, and tasty it was shocking. It reminded me of the turnip at L'effervescence, which I thought was gonna be stupid but was delightful. The meal wasn't flawless, we didn't like the sweetbreads. The sauce too tart, the meat under-seasoned. The last fish dish had an addictive sauce but the fish was slightly overcooked. Everything else was so good it didn't really both me, I'd go back.
We preferred this to Marc Fosh.

I’m sorry but McDonald’s looks more appetizing than this
Seems like an older school of Spanish fine dining: less fuss, simplicity, lots of flavor. Very cool.
Some plates are confusing to me, others stunning. Glad you enjoyed
Strawberry, sardine and pepper?
