Bear and heart macarons

    Macaron dry ingredients:
    * 100g almond flour
    * 180g powdered sugar
    * (For chocolate shells, do 90g almond flour instead and add 10g cocoa powder)

    Macaron wet ingredients:
    * 100g egg whites (stiff peaks? Medium peaks? I’m not sure which one I should do, as these came out somewhat airy, if you picked it up from the top, then the top of the shell could come off. Did I mix it too much?)
    * 35g granulated sugar
    * 1 tsp cream of tartar
    * random drip of vanilla extract lol maybe 1/2 tsp?
    * Wilton gel food coloring

    The hearts are strawberry cheesecake, bears are Oreos. They have the same base:
    * 1/4 cup softened butter
    * 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup softened cream cheese
    * 180g powdered sugar
    * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    * 1 tsp heavy cream, add more to desired consistency
    * crushed freeze dried strawberries or crushed Oreos, add to taste. I think I used 2 tbsp for each

    Baked at 275F for 15 mins on dark baking trays. I’m wondering if also I didn’t let them dry enough. I touched the tops of them and they didn’t stick so I thought they were ready. Idk why but these are airy.
