Sent my wife for Beef ribs.. wanting the Dino style.. she came back with beef back ribs.. never have done.. smoked 230 for 4 hrs, wrapped for last two.. they came out fantastic, tender and juicy..I’d do them again!!

They’re fantastic. Every bit the bite, cook faster, and cheaper too.
