
I blame this sub for popping up in my feed. I haven’t cooked many steaks and this was my first attempt at a reverse sear. Only salt + pepper for about 4 hours, let it come to room temp, took about maybe an hour in the oven. Basted with rosemary and butter in a cast iron after for maybe 45s a side.
I think I didn’t cut it properly? Again still a bit new at the with/against the grain stuff. Any tips? Was going for mid rare.
