Creamy Tortellini Soup
Tortellini
Italian sausage
Onion
Garlic
8 cups chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage
Remove from pan
Cook onion and garlic
Add chicken broth
Simmer add sausage and add seasonings
Simmer for 15 min
Add tortellini cook for 5-7 min
Add heavy cream and spinach
