    220 gr fine bulgur (1 large cup)
    3 tablespoons semolina
    5 tablespoons flour
    250 ml boiling water (1 large cup)
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon salt
    A pinch of mint, red pepper flakes and black pepper
    Also about 80 ml warm water while kneading

    For the topping:
    A bowl of yogurt
    1-2 cloves of garlic
    A pinch of salt

    Pepper oil:
    1.5 tablespoons butter
    1 teaspoon tomato paste
    1 teaspoon red pepper

    Preparation:
    Put the bulgur and semolina in a deep bowl
    Add boiling water, mix lightly and close the lid
    Leave to brew for 15 minutes.

    After it has brewed, add the other ingredients and start kneading.
    Add warm water little by little to achieve the consistency.
    (I added a little more than half a tea glass of water)
    If you can take a small piece of the dough and roll it, it means the consistency is ready.

    Sprinkle flour on a tray.
    Roll hazelnut-sized meatballs from the dough and place them on a floured tray.
    Shake the tray occasionally to coat the meatballs in flour and prevent them from sticking together.

    Mix the yogurt with 1-2 crushed garlic cloves and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

    Boil water in a pot and add a little salt. Throw the meatballs into the boiling water and boil for about 12-15 minutes

    Melt the butter in a pan
    Add tomato paste and red pepper powder and mix
    If the tomato paste does not melt completely, you can open it by adding a tablespoon of the boiling water

    Serving:
    Place the boiled meatballs on a serving plate
    Pour the garlic yogurt on top
    Finally, serve hot by pouring the tomato sauce on top
