Meant to include recipe. Ingredients
450-860g shrimp 80g sausage about 2 (the Costco ones are the best, if you have access)
1/2 TBS each:
• Cayenne pepper • Red chili flakes • Seasoned salt • Paprika • Garlic powder • Chili powder 1.5-2 c heavy cream 1 TBS chicken base/bouillon 1 TBS parsley 1/2 C shredded Parmesan 450g cooked fettuccine (fresh or boxed)
1. Mix seasonings together and toss shrimp+sausage. Set aside about 1/2 tbs of spice mix for later. Coat well. 2. Add butter to skillet on med high heat and cook. 3. Removed shrimp and sausage once cooked and place into separate bowl. 4. In same skillet, add in heavy cream until simmers, scrapping bottom of pan and stirring 5. Add in chicken bouillon+parsley+cheese 6. Add in cooked pasta. 7. Add shrimp+sausage back in 8. Sprinkle parsley on top
Note you should use same pan, so the cream will be seasoned. Once spice is incorporated, taste it and see if it needs more spice. This is where you would use the spice mix you set aside.
