What is the point of these? My city just got one, but I just don’t know what’s different than my regular sushi joint?

These are so fun! There used to be a few in my city that I, my kids & grandkids would love to go to. Such a fun way to explore different types of sushi. Sadly, I think most closed during in COVID & never reopened.
