So filling, so delicious, and below 300 calories!
Ingredients:
– 150g aubergine
– 70g red bell pepper
– a bit of minced onion
– 2 eggs
– 30g of low fat cheese on top
– spices to your own liking
I find that aubergine is generally very filling but with the egg and cheese it adds to it even more.
