What a great experience!

we started with 3 snacks, including their signature truffle profiterole, which was amazing! Amuse: bbq celeriac Course 1: scallops, citrus vinaigrette, Buddha hand Course 2: tuna, foie gras, and bacon Course 3: sea bass, smoked eel, dried shitake Course 4: lobster, curry sauce, macadamia Course 5: ribeye, lardo, Jerusalem artichoke. Course 6: yoghurt, raspberry, baklava Friandises

Overall the food was executed very well! Great flavors, textures, and they all looked amazing! We also had some great wines with it and the ambiance was also very nice. The restaurant has an amazing view over the lake ‘de poel’. I would recommend to anyone who will visit Amsterdam/amstelveen soon! I am definitely seeing myself going back soon!
