  1. It’s great, agreed. Normally keep on bottle on hand.

I used it on some wings for the first time this week and they turned out great!

It’s so good, I basically use it as a binder for everything now and then their recipes on their website also have some great ones

  4. Brush shrimp with soy sauce, sprinkle of some chili flakes (flatiron pepper co Kimsa Q’uni), grill hot and fast. Baste with that sauce to glaze. *chefs kiss*

What’s it look like without the color saturation cranked to 1000%?

I take the yuzu flavored one and mix it with some A1 and some Worcestershire, for my chicken legs on the grill.

  8. I’ll give it a shot, probably wear sunglasses while applying it.

I could be wrong but I feel like they changed the recipe recently, it’s still great but not as good as I remember it being

    Bachans is awesome.
Recently discovered a new bottle they put out of “dipping sauce”. Damn good stuff.

Did you use it as a marinade? Glaze? Dipping sauce?

Wish this was cheaper in the UK, can only find it at £15 a bottle.

It kind of reminds me of the Alladin chicken mcnugget sauce from way back in the day in a good way. If any of you are that old

Try the sesame dipping sauce from the same company. It’s excellent too

  17. Kinders Japanese BBQ sauce is a great alternative to the Bachan.

  18. I wish the GF version wasn’t so damned expensive. I gotta make my own

Doesn’t this taste more like soy sauce than bbq sauce? AskingForAFriend…

I have quite a few of their flavors.

The Beef Chow Fun with the Original is very good.

Yuzu Garlic fried shrimp is amazing.

How does it differ in flavor from a traditional western BBQ sauce?
