I came to this airport with Turkish Airlines. The airport name is “Nevşehir Kapadokya Havalimanı” in Turkish. When we go outside the airport, there are many people waiting for us. From the airport to the hotel, we will take a shared shuttle bus (charged). Although it is expensive, we can also get a private car from the airport to the hotel. Leaving the airport. There are houses. The airport is 30km from the center of Cappadocia, and we’ll need to take a shuttle bus for a while. The hotel we are going to this time is located in Uchisar, an ancient city in Nevşehir Province. It takes 30 minutes by car from the airport to the hotel. The car entered the Uchisar area. The car is shaking because of the rough road. The hotel is located at the highest point in Uchisar. We arrived safely. The name of the hotel is “MUSEUM HOTEL”. The road in front of the hotel. It is spacious. This hotel was officially opened in 2003. It is the only luxury hotel in Turkey that is a member of Relais & Châteaux. When we enter the gate, we will see a stone building with the reception. The hotel is operated by Turkey’s Indigo Group and is highly regarded for its sustainability. It is a stylish stone building. Let’s go inside. Reception and lobby. Winner of the World Luxury Hotel Awards in 2015. The lobby is beautifully decorated. The welcome drink is pomegranate juice. We sign a pledge. It is about basic manners such as not breaking furniture, not climbing walls, and not smoking. Check-in form. There is a dog. It seems to be a dog owned by the hotel. Dog food. This hotel has a “living museum” concept. Hundreds of historical artifacts from the old Ottoman Empire are on display. A copper helmet from the 16th century Ottoman Empire. There are also many other items on display, including swords. Before the room tour, I would like to take a look at the common areas of the hotel. First, there is a shop. It is written as an interior shop. It is a stylish shop. They sell items that are perfect for souvenirs and gifts. Ethnic costumes. Cappadocia wines. Pottery and cosmetics. Let’s leave the shop and go further inside. A cannon? No, it’s a large unglazed pot. Bricks and a fountain. An open view of Goreme area. This is the upper terrace. Further up is the yoga and herb terrace. It seems that the herbs here are actually used in the restaurant. Let’s take a look at the upper terrace. There is antique furniture, and we can sit on the sofa and relax. It is decorated with plants and red flowers, and has a good atmosphere. We can enjoy the terrace below and the magnificent view. It was a wonderful upper terrace. Let’s take a look at the lower terrace. There are outdoor tables for the bar and restaurant. The view from the terrace is amazing. In the early morning, we can watch the hot air balloon flights from the terrace. It is a large terrace with various tables and chairs. It offers the most impressive views of the region, including the Göreme Valley. We can see the Turkish flag and the #UCHISAR monument. Let’s explore the terrace a little more. This is the outdoor bar. We can enjoy a variety of cocktails and spirits. To the amazing outdoor pool. It is an infinity pool with a great view of the surroundings. The word “unique” is written on the green mat. As the word suggests, this is a unique hotel. It is a Roman-style pool with a great design. The pool is heated and the temperature is kept comfortable. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant is named “Lil’a”. The inside of the restaurant also has an antique atmosphere. Even at the entrance of the restaurant, historical artifacts such as old costumes and pottery are displayed. Let’s take a look inside the restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Window seats are popular. The restaurant is divided into two areas, the front and the back. The restaurant offers the quintessence of Turkish cuisine, a fusion of Anatolian and Cappadocia flavours. There is a wide selection of Cappadocian white and red wines. Other wines and champagnes. Cocktails and spirits. The library is located under the stairs. There are also tables on the terrace. Let’s take a look at the breakfast menu. Natural products from Cappadocia and the surrounding area are used. Menus that are always served at breakfast. Cold foods and breads. A la carte menu. Hot foods. Other menus. Cereals, fresh juices, hot drinks. Salads and olives. Anatolian cheese selection. Yogurt, honey, butter, jams, dried fruits. Breads. Gözleme. Turkish pancakes. Menemen. Turkish scrambled eggs. Pastry with spinach. It was a satisfying breakfast. It depends on the season, but since it’s cold in the morning, many people eat breakfast indoors. The outdoor tables are spaced far apart, which is nice. Let’s take a look at the garden below. There is a chicken-like bird being kept. Indian peacock is kept here. It’s a beautiful peacock. A white bird appears. It is called a white peacock and is a white variant of the Indian peacock. Let’s move from the restaurant to my room. This is the turtle courtyard. There are turtles, but I couldn’t find any. The hotel has a total of 34 rooms. All 34 rooms are cave rooms. We go through narrow cave passages. This hotel was built by carefully restoring ancient ruins, caves, and abandoned houses. Some have been left as they were, while others have been beautifully restored. The passages are like a maze, and you may find yourself unable to find your room. My room is at the very back. Depending on where your room is, you may have to go down many stairs. Beautiful gardens and stone buildings. It is decorated with blue eye amulets, which are commonly seen in Greece and Türkiye. The price for one night in high season is between 630 EUR (742 USD) and 3,150 EUR (3,717 USD). There are 34 rooms, each with a different size, and the prices vary. This is the terrace in front of my room where I will be staying tonight. The price for one night is 3,150 EUR (3,717 USD). The room category is Muhteşem Pool Suite. Muhteşem means “magnificent” or “spectacular” in Turkish. When weenter, we will first come to the living room. Beyond this are the bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, sauna, etc. Further ahead is the indoor private pool, hammam, and another living room. This is the indoor pool area. An impressive indoor pool. A round chair. Stained glass. Nice atmosphere. Bathrobes with the hotel name on them. Thick bathrobes. Indoor slippers. They are unusual in that they have pointy tips. The pool is heated and very comfortable. There is a minibar by the pool. Menu in the minibar. Turkish mineral water. These are free. Tea from the Turkish brand Dogadan. Nespresso coffee machine, 4 types of coffee capsules. An electric kettle from the Turkish brand Vestel. Because it is a cave, the passage is narrow. A beautiful kilim. This is the hammam. In the center is a circular bathtub. We can take a shower here. Sink and amenities. Organic soap. L’Occitane soap, as well as shower cap and sewing kit. L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand cream. Toilet. A trash can. Towels and bathrobe. A sink. A uniquely designed sink. Organic soap. Same as before. A hair dryer from the German brand Rowenta. Dental kits, etc. An air conditioner. A unique round panel. A digital weighing scale from the Turkish brand Arzum. It’s like an underground city. The walls and ceiling here seem to have been left as they were in the past. Another living room. It could be used as a children’s bedroom. It’s beautiful, so it seems to have been restored when the hotel was built. The Kiss, a masterpiece by the Imperial Austrian painter Gustav Klimt. Unique lighting. Antique furniture. A display of guns that were used in the past. Let’s take a look around the TV. Wellness menu. There are various massage and treatment rooms. A TV from the Korean brand SAMSUNG. An air conditioner remote control from the Turkish brand Arçelik. Various furnishings. An antique iron. Check the inside of the fridge. Snacks, gin, etc. Mineral water, soda. The furniture is elaborate. Let’s take a look at the table. Cleaning wipes. Welcome sweets. Homemade dessert. Welcome drink. Cappadocia red wine. Welcome fruit. Fruits picked in the garden. Welcome letter. Display of an antique water bottle. Display of antique plates and lids. There is also a SAMSUNG TV here. It also has apps such as NETFLIX. There is a minibar here as well. The contents of the minibar are almost the same as before. The type of Nespresso machine is different from before. There are three types of coffee capsules here. Various glasses. It is a little disappointing that drinks and snacks in the refrigerator are charged separately. The room is 230 square meters (2475 square feet) and continues. Bedroom and dressing table. Sturdy chair. LED-lit vanity mirror. Accessory storage box. Air conditioning remote control from Turkish brand Arçelik. The temperature in the room is comfortable. Let’s take a look at the bed and its surroundings. The ceiling in the bedroom is made of wood. It is a king-size bed. Lokum (Turkish delight). A message from the founder of the museum hotel. Curtains with good light blocking. The view from the window in this room is not very good. The floor is covered with beautiful kilim. No smoking in the room. One outlet. No USB port. Seven pillow options are available. Nice pillows and mattress. On the other bedside table is an antique rotary phone. Antique vase and wine bottle are displayed on the wall. This is the study. Letter set. Bookmarks and postcards. These postcard pictures… The outdoor pool, upper terrace, and peacock are used. The ceiling of the cave has collapsed, and rock fragments are falling. An ntique plate. I think they’re just for decoration. Lots of Turkish magazines. There’s a dressing room next to it. Wardrobe for two. Hangers, umbrella, safe, etc. This room is a two-story cave. On the left is a massage room and sauna. And the bathroom. Four turtle sculptures. The ceiling and walls are made of rocks. Jacuzzi. L’Occitane amenities. Double sink washstand. There’s a light on the ceiling. Dental kit, etc. There’s a hair dryer here too. There’s L’Occitane amenities over there too. German brand Beurer scale. Toilet. There’s no door to the toilet. There are Turkish magazines here too. Opposite the toilet is a shower booth. Let’s go to the back. Massage room. Single bed. Cleaning wipes. Sunlight is allowed in during the day. We can get a massage here. Dry sauna. The sauna is spacious enough. It comes with a 15-minute hourglass. Bathrobes. Sauna control panel. The ceiling of the cave has collapsed and rock fragments are falling. This is apparently common in cave hotels. The Wi-Fi speed is not very fast, but it’s not slow either. Evening. It’s sunset time. A walk around the hotel at night. This upper terrace is in a good location. The view from the upper terrace at night. The pool is beautifully lit up. On to the lower terrace. There is a bonfire in the bar, and it has a nice atmosphere. Let’s take a look at the view. According to the website, we can see views of the Goreme Valley, Love Valley, Pigeon Valley, Red Valley, Avanos, and Mount Erciyes. The terrace has a 270-degree view, and we can see both the sunset and the sunrise. Illuminated stone buildings. Sunset. The pool at night has a romantic atmosphere. The pool at night is fantastic. It feels quiet at night. Let’s go for dinner. We can make a reservation for dinner at 6:00pm or 8:30pm. The lighting is dim and the atmosphere is calm. We go to a table in the back area. The menu is supervised by Saygın Sesli, one of Turkey’s most successful new generation chefs. Dinner is Turkish cuisine that combines the flavors of Anatolia and Cappadocia. A la carte menu and tasting menu are available. Starters and dishes to share. Main courses. Traditional sharing menu. Desserts. Wine by the glass. There are wines from Cappadocia. White wines. Produced in Cappadocia and the Aegean. Red wines. Produced in Cappadocia and the Aegean. Sparkling wines and champagnes. Tableware and cutlery from the Turkish brand JUMBO are used. Cappadocia red wine, Kocabağ Kalecik Karasi, 625 TL (15.69 USD/13.32 EUR). Breads. Butter. Bridal soup, 750 TL (18.82 USD/ 15.98 EUR). The chef’s unique interpretation of an ancient Anatolian wedding soup, finished with tandoori lamb neck. It was delicious. Soup of the day, 450 TL (11.29 EUR/9.59 EUR). Traditional Nevşehir TAVA, 1200 TL (30.11 USD/ 25.57 EUR). Made from the oldest known recipe. Beef tenderloin, 1750 TL (43.92 EUR/ 37.28 EUR). I wasn’t very hungry, so that was all I ordered for dinner. If I was hungry, I would have liked to try the tasting menu. Let’s go back to the room. Cappadocia has both real cave hotels and hotels that have been remodeled to look like caves. This hotel is a real cave hotel. Depending on the location of the room, you can enjoy the view of the Goreme Valley from the window of your room. Let’s go back to the room and check if the turndown service was done. To the pool. No particular changes. The cave passage is beautiful at night. Hammam. No particular changes. Another living room. Bedroom. Indoor slippers were placed here. Sweets were placed on the bed. Water was placed on the bedside table. The amenities were simple. Toothbrush, toothpaste. Razor, cotton set, etc. It seems that some cave hotels do not have amenities, so it seems better to have amenities. The water pressure in the shower is strong enough. Let’s rest in the jacuzzi in the cave. Since it is inside a cave, ventilation is not good, so it may be easy to get humid. To the next morning. Around 6:00 am. One of the things that tourists want to experience when they travel to Cappadocia is a hot air balloon flight. There are hot air balloons already flying. They are preparing for the hot air balloon flight over there. Let’s go to the terrace. We can watch the hot air balloon flight from the terrace of this hotel. We can see a 270-degree view from the terrace, and the sunrise is also beautiful. After 6am, the number of hot air balloons flying has increased. They are flying quite high. Around 6:30am. Hot air balloons take off from the Goreme Valley, or from places near the Rose Valley and fairy chimneys. There are many hot air balloons flying around there (around Goreme). The takeoff times vary depending on the tour company. There are many hot air balloons around there. One hot air balloon flying alone in a faraway place. A beautiful sunrise. About 100 hot air balloons are flying. Before 7am. There are hot air balloons that have already finished flying. I recommend staying at the hotel for more than two nights. Because we don’t always get to ride a hot air balloon. The probability of a hot air balloon flying is about 80%, about 280 to 300 days a year. The best season for hot air balloon tours is around April to September. In winter, from November to early April, there is a high possibility of flights being canceled due to snowfall or bad weather. The good thing about this hotel is that it has both a nice cave room and a terrace where we can see the hot air balloons. I enjoyed watching the hot air balloon flight from the hotel. Around 7:30am, most of the hot air balloons had finished flying. It seems that they also offer a haircut service on the terrace. We will go to the restaurant again for breakfast. Near the entrance, there are nuts and other things. Breads, hot plates, kitchen. This? Old historical artifacts are on display. A true museum. I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and this is my second breakfast scene. The table by the window is the best. The breakfast menu is the same as before. Yogurt, bread, cheese, etc. are provided at breakfast every day. Salad, mixed nuts, dried fruit, olives, etc. Turkish tea. Regular black coffee. Scrambled eggs. Homemade Sujuk. Omelette. Mushroom casserole. Potato croquettes. There is a decent a la carte menu, so we were able to enjoy breakfast without getting bored even when staying multiple nights. After 8:00am. Some hot air balloons start flying after sunrise. Magnificent view. Back to the room, prepare to check out. It was a bit of a hassle to have to turn off the lights one by one at night. That said, the cave room this time was spacious, unique, and very nice. Check-out time is 12:00. However, due to flight time, we will check out early. Check-out at the reception where we came when we checked in. We had already paid for the room, so this was an additional charge. Shuttle bus to the airport. Drive through the city of Uchisar. During my two nights’ stay at the hotel, I took two tours, so I’ll show you those in another video. One is a hot air balloon tour.

  1. Culturally it was a smooth transition for Turkiye to become the hospitality mecca of the world. Most of what you experience as tourist is similar to being a guest in a Turkish home.

  2. ….Despues de todo lo que nos mostraste de tanto lujo en Dubai y Arabia saudita, ya este no me gusta nada , parece un poco de pelicula de terror 😱

  3. Huge thumbs up to this. So much more interesting than mega towers, I could spend hours walking around and looking at all the artifacts, and the food looked superb. I love Turkish food. Looking forward to the hot air balloon video. I've never done this and this certainly looks like a great place for it.

  4. Спасибо за видео❤Лично я бы не выбрала такой отель для проживания, но зато вы отлично провели время и чувствуется, что вам понравилось❤Жду продолжения, ведь вам есть что нам показать❤

  5. As is often the case, yes, the place is magnificent, yes, the room is sublime, but no, no, and no, it's not worth €3,150/night, and too bad if I'm the only one who thinks that, I'll take responsibility!

€3,150/night and they don't even bother to offer you the contents of the minibar, is that a joke?

Just because a place is "beautiful" doesn't mean you should pay any price.

  6. Hey can you please turn off the background or not considering using music in your videos. It’s pretty distracting because it sounds better as ASMR. ❤

  7. As I can see, cavemen's life was not at all like I was taught in history lessons. TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, electricity… Those cavemen didn't have it that bad at all.

Although there was no masseur in the massage room, that's a great pity. A massage room without a masseur is like a garage without a car. And those rocks falling from the ceiling. It must have been the cavemen from Cappadocia who invented the protective helmet.

The price is high, of course, but from the time of the cavemen to 2025 AD there are several thousand years, and inflation raises prices incredibly.😥😥

  8. As far as I can see, everyone is complaining about the high price. Friends, this is not a normal hotel. It is a historical cave area and then it was restored and turned into a hotel. In other words, all of those stones were made by other people hundreds of thousands of years ago. Above all, this is a MUSEUM HOTEL. Of course, you can easily rent a villa for 1 week in Türkiye for this price. This price is for this hotel. Also, one of the things I will criticize is the cleanliness. I would expect a room that costs 3 thousand euros per night to be cleaner. There were stains on the hair dryer and some things around. That kettle should go too. It does not suit this room.

  9. Really enjoyed the instrumental that played when you showed thr hot air balloons, I might be mistaken but it sounds like a Christmas Carol

  10. I really love Cappadocia. Once we got there, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to go up in a hot air balloon.
