I’m willing to bet that you cannot name a better combo than baked feta with tomatoes and garlic and lots of olive oil with crusty bread. Let me know in the comments. It’s also really easy, which is a plus. Add everything to a baking dish with lots of high quality olive oil, your feta, more olive oil. Bake until nice and golden. Then we’re going to spruce up some fkaca with olive oil, some herbs, honey, crushed red peppers. Bake that too. Full recipe in the caption as always. And that is it. Fellow for more.

Baked Feta, Tomatoes & Garlic… I'll admit I wasn't a fan of the baked feta pasta trend but as an appetizer with crusty bread? Yes please. The key is high quality ingredients since it is a pretty simple dish. Olive oil in a tin is best, like La Tourangelle because unlike glass it blocks all light and truly keeps the olive oil fresher for longer!
Ingredients:
* 1 pint cherry tomatoes.
* 2 tsp crushed red peppers + more for topping.
* 1 tbsp fresh oregano.
* 3-4 garlic cloves (thinly sliced).
* 1/3 cup high quality olive oil (La Tourangelle) + more for drizzling.
* 1 tsp herbs de provence.
* Honey to taste.
* Pinch of salt.
* 1 block of feta.
* 1 focaccia loaf.
Directions:
1. Poke a hole on your tomatoes so they don't burst in your mouth while hot.
2. Add to a baking dish with the garlic, oregano, 1 tsp crushed red peppers and salt.
3. Add in 1/3 cup of olive oil and top with the feta. Drizzle more olive oil.
4. Bake at 375F for 45-50 min. Basting it a couple times.
5. Drizzle olive oil onto your focaccia, some honey, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and herbs de provence.
6. Bake at 375F for 10-15 min, or until golden.
7. Drizzle olive oil and honey to the finished dish and that's it.
That looks very goof
Good
That looks dope, but sliced bagette and brie, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with S&P, and topped with thinly sliced green onion and then baked for 10m is still the champ imho! Seriously tho that looks amazing, will try! Love your videos!
