OP isn’t technically responsible for this and is definitely innocent of it’s creation, if they are to be believed.
The maker is responsible for a crime, but it should be reduced to a misdemeanor. The result would technically work, and I see no ill will in it’s creation. If properly constructed this could work, but I feel the chips will be soggy in this configuration. That is an unforgivable sin.
