I have been experimenting and tweaking my protein cookie recipe for a week or so now. I always try to eat low cal, low carb, high protein, so I am the queen of creative recipes.
2 tbsp Protein powder- I use PeScience Snickerdoodle -50 cal
1/4 cup Fiber Gourmet flour blend -50 cal
1/4 tbs peanut butter -40 cal
1 tbs sugar free syrup
2 tbs almond milk -15 cal
1/4 mashed banana -29 cal
1 tbs Dairy free Choc chips -30 cal

Mix together, bake for 7-10 minutes at 350 f
