Looking for the best Tonkotsu Ramen in NY (all boroughs) — ideally similar to Tatsu Ramen’s bold ramen if you’ve been in LA

I lived in LA for a couple years and got hooked on Tatsu Ramen’s bold Ramen. It’s honestly 11/10 to me and after moving to NYC recently I need something to scratch that itch. Anyone have good recommendations? Attaching the screenshot of the description so you can get an idea of the ingredients
