having been to all the three michelin starred restaurants in london, this is by far my favourite. i could give you a long and elaborate description of all the particularities, but truth be told, experience it for yourself, and swap the dessert for the Malteser inspired dessert as we did. Everything was elegant, balanced, nailed the synergy acidity and savouriness, and the symphony of temperature and texture was sublime. presentation the best of any of the three stars in london.

I still dream of that potato.
Loved my visit. When I went there was a supplement for a truffle pasta which was bloody delicious. The vibe of the place is great as well.
The jellied eel and roast dinner amuse bouche were stellar ways to start the meal.
