Recently purchased a set of JOSEPHINE No 3 red wine glasses. I really find them to be gorgeous, pleasing both to the eye and touch, and they drink very nicely as well. Has anyone else tried these? I won't say they change the taste of red wine all that much, but the experience of using them fits in very well with good wine.

Recently dined somewhere where those were used and I believed I drank some Frog’s Leap Can from them.
I personally find them ugly. But to each their own.
Broken too many of these then I care to admit. But amazing glasses
Yeah, they’re nice to drink out of but not look at. My father in law has these, so I use them pretty often over there. I stick with Zalto for my home though.
I love them. I like drinking from them. But super sensitive.
Love the look and feel. After a couple of years of trying them in restaurants I recently got ones.
I was gifted a pair by my son. Yes, an elegant gift…after not finding the shape visually appealing, I’ve found that with use on special occasions I now feel their unique design and extreme delicacy to add much to the the total wine experience. Particular pieces of art aren’t always to everyone’s tastes. My friends and associates always remark on these glasses…that is seldom the case with my regular use vessels.
I got the entire set that I use when drinking special bottles. They are a joy to drink out and personally I love the aesthetic.
But as they’re too sensitive, I only keep them for myself and my partner usually. Of for people for whom I know they’re careful.
However, for daily use, I drink out of my Gabriel standArt glasses as they’re a bit more sturdy.
**LOVE** them. But I know they aren’t for everyone. I have a set of the No. 3, two sets of the No. 2, and some champagne glasses.
They’re a pain in the ass to clean, but so enjoyable to drink from. I’ve been in the industry for a long time and have used a lot of glasses. These continue to bring me the most joy.
Yes, love them and always fear to break on. One was actually knocked on the table but survived just fine. They are more sturdy than zalto, but still easy to break. My thought was: if I spend this amount of money on glasses, I better use them.
I use 3s for reds and 2s for whites. I don’t care about how they look, these drink better than any glass on the planet.
They are so easy to break I gave up on them lol
Also cleaning the little divot at the bottom is sooooo annoying and no I don’t want to purchase the special paintbrush designed for it!
I love mine, and find them much more durable than what “Zalto” is producing now. That said I’ve broken a fair few and it’s an awful feeling watching a $100 wine glass shatter 😭.
Two words.

The glass makes such a huge difference for me. I’ll drink cheap wine from an expensive crystalline glass over expensive wine in a cheap thick rimmed glass any day.
I absolutely love them. I prefer to drink out of them when at home. Some people don’t like the aesthetics, but I find them pleasing.

I’m not a big fan of what they look like but you can’t deny that they’re great glasses and it’s a fantastic experience to drink from them.
