Okay crazy as it may sound we have nutella pizza in Italy,its just dough with nutella on top,obv no sauce or cheese,and usually powdered sugar.I remember it at kids’ bday parties.But how the fuck do u even make borscht pizza?I am of Romanian origins,born and grown up in Italy,so i am double offended.

I just looked up Tom Yum pizza and the particular recipe is a version Margherita that actually sounds really good.
Sauce is tomato, lemongrass, lime leaf, galangal, shallot, fish sauce. (Fish sauce doesn’t really taste like fish, it’s basically liquid umami.)
When it’s done, drizzle with Thai shrimp chili oil, lime leaf oil, and put fresh Thai basil on top.
It’s a different flavor profile but it’s probably really good.
The pic has mushrooms so they’re actually adding the ingredients of the soup on top. Thats probably good too.
