At what point does the magic happen? Any pics of later in the process?

Your skillet is too crowded, your meat too wet, & possibly the temp too low

The combination is steaming your meat. Chances are this will be well done shoe leather when youre done 🤷‍♀️

If you salt your meat 12-24h in advance, leave the meat on the counter, uncovered, for 60-90min before cooking(I often season with the salt OR when put on the counter)….THEN get your pan screaming hot….add half at a time

    Then, magic 🎩 😋

A crowded skillet with zero browning. Magic? I think not.

Is that magical dog food? If so, you win. However, if you want to know the secret to magic… Don’t over crowd your pan.

I do the same thing but I use a ripping hot cast iron skillet after marinating for 12-15 hours . This just looks like dog food.
