TLDR: it's one of the most exciting Viet restaurants in the city, following the vein of Banh. The hype was justified (to me at least). Dollar for dollar, item for item, this is a better priced restaurant compared to Mam (which many of you think paying premium to sit on plastic chairs in the basement is a no no).
