I’d give it an 8/10 as I thought the sear could have been slightly better. Tasted great! My buddy told me 6.5/10 and said it was “too pink”. What do you think?

10/10. I’m not a fan of too much pink, but I’d definitely eat this. I’m also realizing it’s not that some of these steaks are too pink, they just have an undercooked look to them in the center instead of this even cook.

Looks good. Could have used more char. Best sear comes from placing meat when heat source (pan, grill) is super hot. Leave it for a few minutes. But the inside looks yummy. How did you season?
