I’m going to go some of my mom’s homemade pesto. A little bit of arugula, a little bit of freshness. Now, is any of my recipes complete without squash? No. One, two, three. I already feel like this wrap is going to make me cry. I’m PMSing and like it’s this wrap is making me like emotional. Now, I’m going to add just some egg whites to just beef it up a little. Something is just telling me just throw a little bit of pico on there. A little bit of pico de gallo. It’s okay. Never hurt nobody. Okay. Do we maybe like that?     The wrap: (320 Cal 39g Protein)
    – 2 eggs
    – 225g cottage cheese
    – salt + garlic powder
    Bake @ 350 for ~30min

    How I stuffed it:
    – 150g Kabocha squash
    – 150g egg whites
    – arugula
    ** use a hot sauce or low cal sauce to keep under 500 cal.
    my version had 15ml pesto!
    515 cal 58g protein total ❤
