Anancy, get a fork, scoop up a big old bite of this, and put the whole thing in your mouth. Oh yeah, the chicken is delicious. It’s super easy. It’s super tasty. Although, I will say this is the first time I’ve ever thickened the sauce before I baked it. Normally, I would make a cornstarch slurry now and pour the sauce over, but in this recipe that was sent to me from a follower, it has you do it beforehand. I’m not sure the advantage of that. If you want a thick sauce, you’re going to have to do it again because all the juices from the chicken thinned it out. But the flavor is delicious and I don’t need the sauce. That’s just me.
