2 day cold ferment. 280g balls. Came out great! Will shoot for 70% next time. Was shooting for a more evenly cooked crust, had a few charred bits when I wasn’t paying attention 🤷‍♂️

    Nice looking pizzas. How big was your batch. How much flour? Wondering how small of a batch you can make in the Halo. The smallest I have tried so far is 1kg of flour.
