Creamy, rich, and incredibly easy – this no bake tiramisu cheesecake combines the best of both worlds with layers of mascarpone, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. No eggs, no gelatine, no baking!

•biscuit base:
250g cookies
100g melted butter

•cheesecake:
300g heavy cream (33%)
500g cream cheese or 250g cream cheese +250g mascarpone
vanilla paste
100g sugar
1/2 tsp instant coffee + 1 tbsp water
100g melted white chocolate
1 tbsp lemon juice

•tiramisu layer:
lady fingers (about 100g)
1 tsp instant coffee
200g boiling water

  3. You’re a master. I was looking on how to make a kefir cheese cheesecake and you gave me some ideas. You have another cheesecake recipe that adds cream cheese, heavy cream and sour cream. This one uses Mascarpone, cream cheese and heavy cream. This is wonderful. I’ve seen so many combinations on making cheesecake it was getting confusing. This I like.
