If you love easy ground beef recipes, stir fry, and sweet and spicy sauce, you are going to LOVE this recipe!

Mongolian Beef Recipe
1 lb. ground beef
5-6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
1 bunch broccolini, chopped small
3-4 mushrooms chopped small
1 1/2 cups fined chopped shredded carrots
salt and pepper to taste
For The Sauce:
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
3 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chili crisp, plus more for drizzling at the end
fresh chopped green onions/scallions for garnishing

This Mongolian beef rice bowl is so good. And it’s this sweet and spicy sauce that really takes it to the next level. If you love stuff like PF Chang’s Mongolian beef, this one is for you. This one is just a much simpler, easier, and cheaper version. And I use ground beef instead of steak. And then I finish it off with this hot chili crisp. This is incredible. Come with me. We’ll make it together. Here’s a bite for me and a bite for you. Now, let’s get started. Of course, every great recipe starts with a whole lot of garlic. Next, a bunch of fresh grated ginger. Here’s a little pro tip. Keep your ginger in the freezer. It makes grating it a whole lot easier. This is broccolini, which I think is just baby broccoli, but I’m obsessed with it as of late, and I like to chop it up really small. I had a few mushrooms on hand, so I use those, too. I love these shredded carrots, but I personally like to chop them up even smaller. Especially and specifically for this recipe, it just works to have everything on the small side. Just my opinion. And now comes this absolutely magical sauce. And stick around till the end of this video and I will pop up this full recipe. But just to give you a heads up, the ingredients are oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and chili crisp. You could also make double or triple batches of this sauce and just keep it in your refrigerator because it’s perfect for recipes like this or just even a dipping sauce. I’m just going to set that aside. And then I also whipped up some jasmine rice, which if you’ve seen any of my other videos, you also know that I’m obsessed with jasmine rice. It is the best. I used one pound of ground beef, seasoned it with salt and pepper, and then I just let it sit in the pan. Did not disturb it so it could get nice and brown. [Music] Adding in the garlic and ginger. And it already smells incredible. But just wait. It gets so much better. And then I just add in the rest of the vegetables. Stir them for another minute or so. And now it’s time to add in that super simple sweet and a little bit spicy sauce. My friends, I hope you will try this recipe. Comment down below. Let me know what you think. If you think you’d make it, if you’d do anything different. I’d love to hear. We’re very active in the comments section down below. I try to respond to each and every one of you as best as I can. I just want to say thanks so much for taking time out of your day to hang out with me in the kitchen today. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
