Dinner was toast with Matiz wild cod, mayo, parsley, chives, dill, Louisanna hot sauce, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper. SO GOOD!

Slightly firm texture but without being chewy. Great mild cod taste. Even my friend who’s disgusted by the sight of tinned fish took a bite and admitted it was good lol.

This looks really good! I’ve been holding on to a tin of this and haven’t been quite sure what to do with it.

I’ll have to try this! Had seen and wondered how it was so great to read a review here!

Looks great! I just ate a meatloaf sandwich but now I’m hungry again after seeing this.

Coincidentally I got this exact same tin at Jungle Jim’s this week. You described it perfectly. Firm, not chewy, mild. The large flakes of the cod fish give it a great texture.

Looks scrumptious. I have that tin in the pantry stash.

I loved this tin as well!
I made some chick peas with olive oil and some herbs/spices and then I flaked the cod and put it over top.
