– 1 Red Onion, Sliced – 1/2 Cup Sugar – 3/4 Cup White Vinegar – 1/4 Cup Water – 1 tsp Sea Salt – 1 tsp Whole Peppercorns – 1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients, except for onion, to a boil. Simmer until sugar has dissolved. Pour over onions and pack them under the liquid. Let sit out until they come to room temperature. Refrigerate for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
