I do like to use the olive oil in my rice bowls. Not visibly appealing but adds some richness.

  4. This is pretty much spot on. I was even thinking “Just needs Kewpie.” before I read the full post. Swap the kimchi for hot sauce or chili crisp some times, and keep the seaweed on the side for little hand rolls and that’s my ideal. Probably would use less of the oil for this amount of rice.
