400 g Rindfleisch (14 oz)
2 EL Sojasauce (2 tbsp)
1 Ei (1 egg)
1 EL Maisstärke (1 tbsp)
2 EL Öl zum Braten (2 tbsp)
1 Paprika (1 bell pepper)
Rote Zwiebel (red onion)
2 EL Sojasauce (2 tbsp)
1 TL Reisessig (1 tsp)
Eine Prise Zucker (a pinch of sugar)
50 ml Wasser (1.7 fl oz)
1 ½ TL Maisstärke (1 ½ tsp)
3 Knoblauchzehen (3 garlic cloves)
3 cm Ingwer (1.2 in ginger)
Chili nach Geschmack (chili to taste)
Frühlingszwiebel (green onion)
Sesamsamen (sesame seeds)

400g beef (14oz). Be sure to remove the tough silverskin, as it makes the meat very tough when frying. Cut the meat into thin strips. Determine the grain of the meat. Add a little more cooking oil if needed. Fry the second batch of meat in the same way. 1 bell pepper. Cut into strips. Remove the meat from the pan. Add the bell pepper. Sauté the bell peppers for 2-3 minutes. Add the red onion. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Check how tender the meat is. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 teaspoon rice vinegar. A pinch of sugar. 50ml water (1.7 fl oz). 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch. Black pepper. 3 garlic cloves. 3cm ginger (1.2 in). Chili to taste. Return the meat to the pan. Add the garlic, ginger, and chili to the meat. Stir the sauce (to dissolve the starch) and pour it in. Spring onion. Sesame seeds. After returning the meat to the pan, cook for about 2 minutes.
