Some Homemade Chirashi and Nigiri!

Just some supper pictures from last night. Was told I should post them here.

Since I'm sure some will ask
Nigiri:
-Salmon
-Scallop

Chirashi:
-Sushi Rice
-Spicy Japanese Mayo
-Scallop (cubed)
-Salmon (both cubed and a small salmon rose)
-Green Onion
-Avacado
-Cucumber
-Pork Gyoza
-Crispy bits (comprised of Crispy Salmon Skin, Tempura bits, and Crispy Onion)
