I am usually not into chicken broth ramen since I prefer pork broth, but I stumbled on this local ramen spot (Menya Nakagawa) in Ikebukuro and it was the best chicken broth ramen I've had.

    Literally just ate here last week lol, I thought the noodles and presentation were amazing, but the sous vide chicken was a bit woody and dry compared to other shops and my own SV. The soup was solid, tasted a bit less pure and more like from stock you’d make at home though
