Bought my husband a Nespresso machine for Father’s Day. He ran out of the sample pods so we ordered 5 sleeves of stuff to try…. Tell me why we got nothing we ordered 😭 wondering if they mixed our order with someone else’s? 🫠

    Nespresso’s Vertuo promos make me laugh. Spend $215-400 US dollars in pods and we’ll give you crappy swag that I get for free at vendor expos. You’d think they’d incentivize paying for the premium cost Nespresso brand.

    So far the only flavoured pods I’ve bought I’ve been disappointed with. The pistachio tastes nothing like pistachio. More like a very fake almond flavour. Also the strawberry and white chocolate. I tasted neither strawberry nor white chocolate

  6. This has happened to me twice. Received an order that I didn’t order. Only thing wrong was the shipping label. Inside had the invoice for the other people that ordered it. Support fixed it by sending me the stuff I ordered and said to keep whatever I had previously received.
