this was my first time ever cooking a steak. I used butter, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, and a touch of sugar. My oh my it tasted amazing. Does it look good? It’s from a cut called “eye steak”.

Cooking skill isn’t effected by age. You will be judged based on results. It’s a bad mentality to think age matters. Stating your experience is all that’s needed. That being said I have little experience, but I think that looks like a damn fine steak.
