My partner says this is appalling, but I love using it as a dip/spreading it on top of pizza, it supercharges the flavour! Literally just Thinking about makes my mouth water, I highly recommend you try it. The photo is a Chicago style meat lovers from a local place, with a delicate drizzle of that sweet sweet ambrosia.
As an aside, I think marmite has a bad image because of people eating it in “gross food” challenges. No one is ever going to mainline a spoon of it. Try a little bit on some buttered toast and really process the flavour. It’s the ultimate savoury salty flavour and it’s amazing goddamnit!!!
Also yes, I realize my heart may/will explode because of this eventually.
