INGREDIENTS
2 Large Eggs
Salt to taste
1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
2 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Onion
2 Green Chilies, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoon Chopped Coriander leaves
1 Tablespoon Butter, to fry
5-6 Tablespoon Shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Bread Slices, trimmed

METHOD

1. Mix the Eggs with Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Paprika and chopped onion, green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.

2. Heat Butter in a skillet and spread it out evenly. Pour the Omelette Mixture evenly. Keep heat on lowest.

3. Soak one side of the bread slices with the omlette mix and flip on the soaked side. Once firm, Flip the Omelette with the breads attached carefully

4. Place Mozzarella cheese on both the Sides. You can also place Cheese Slices instead.

5. Fold over the sides of the Omelette. Then fold it again as a sandwich. Apply salted Butter while warm and serve it Hot! Bon Appetit 🍽️ 🥰
